I understand that no flyers or handouts are permitted during the parade.
I understand that myself and all members in my group must adhere to CALGARY EXPO’s Props Policies for all materials including prop weapons.
I understand that no mess can be left by an individual/group.
I understand children under the age of 14 are allowed to attend without registering but must be attended/supervised by a family member who is costumed and registered for the parade.
I understand that any banners and promotional content CANNOT contain dates or explicit content. Names, sponsors and websites are allowed. The CALGARY EXPO reserves the right to deny any banners or content that they deem in there sole discretion not in the best interest for the CALGARY EXPO.
I understand that I am responsible for my actions and the actions of all members in my group and waive CALGARY EXPO of any liability.
I understand that any false information provided may be cause for denial for individual/group or dismissal after placement and individual/group status may be immediately revoked by the CALGARY EXPO at its own discretion
I understand that participation in the Parade carries with it inherent risks, including the risk of injury. I will adhere to all rules applicable to the Parade and acknowledges that Informa has the right to exclude or remove me from the Parade at any time. I hereby forever release Informa PLC, its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees and shareholders from any and all obligations or liabilities, claims, actions, damages, losses and/or expenses arising out of or resulting from my participation in the Parade.
I acknowledge and agree that Calgary Comic & Entertainment Expo may publish, display or use the Image for any purpose and by any means whatsoever including, but not limited to, electronic or digital means.
I have read and understand the waiver of liability and in signing this form I agree to all terms and conditions outlined.
